- Graduate of the Professional Home Inspectors Institute Falls Church Virginia.
- Fully certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) We go through
rigorous training/education annually to maintain our certified member status.
- National Radon Proficiency Program (NRPP).
- State of Maine Radon Air & Water registered tester & Lab.
- Member of Maine Indoor Air Quality Counsel ( MIAC).
- Member of MeChips (Maine Coalition of Home Inspection Professionals), Past President. We
have annual training and education to maintain membership.
- Past experience in renovation of 16th & 17th century homes around Europe, as well as
building and renovating properties in Maine. Background in large yacht construction
project management.
